DR. SILVAN BERNARDI
Tax advisor and auditor, partner
Dr Silvan Bernardi is an expert in national and international tax law. After graduating from the University of Bologna in 2002, he practised in Bressanone from 2003 to 2006. He passed his state examination as a chartered accountant and tax advisor in 2007. For 14 years, Bernardi was a founding partner of the law firm “Tauber Karl Bernardi” (2009 to 2022). In January 2023, Silvan Bernardi opened his own law firm, Bernardi, in Brixen, South Tyrol. Main areas of expertise: National and international tax law, Annual financial statements, Contract law, Real estate, Corporate law with focus on restructuring.
DR. MARTINA BACHER
Tax advisor, partner
While completing her studies at the Free University of Bolzano (Master in Accounting and Finance, graduated 2020), she undertook a trainee program as a tax advisor in Bressanone from 2018 to 2021, passing the state exam in 2021. From 2023 to 2025, she worked as a freelance professional at Bernardi, and since 2026 she has been a partner at Bernardi Partner.
Areas of expertise: national tax law, VAT, financial accounting, annual financial statements and tax returns, business planning, corporate law, and electronic invoicing.
